Artists challenging mechanisms of social control. The exhibition focuses on the theme of the game as a critical concept and means of expression. It deals with objects and playgrounds as a field filled with contradictory expectations, created for and with the human body. We usually associate the game with freedom and creativity, but it often includes social norms deeply embedded in institutional structures. By documenting and recreating different play spaces, the artists evoke the lack of transparency of these norms, which determine the ways of movement and behaviour of the human body in public space.
